Happy New Homeowner in the Florida Keys
Fall has arrived in the Florida Keys, the temperature this morning was below 80 degrees and there is less humidity. There is a nice breeze out of the North so it was a wonderful day to meet one of my clients at her new condo in Marathon. I helped Michele purchase the condo at Sombrero Resort and she wanted me to see the wonderful job she had done updating it. It is lovely, and she plans to renting it through Barbara McKee in our Coldwell Banker Schmitt Marathon office. Michele has put new travertine flooring throughout the condo and purchased all new furniture. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size fold out couch in the living room. Located on a nice canal very close Boot Key Harbor, this location is perfect for a family with a boat to rent and have a great vacation.

Interesting sights in the Florida Keys
On a warm and still Summer morning in the Keys, the Monroe County mosquito plane can be seen flying at treetop level. In Islamorada this morning he buzzed our house in order to keep the mosquitoes from buzzing us! They currently use Islanders for the spraying as well as a helicopter, quite a different look from the old 
DC-3′s that were painted a bright yellow.
